Enjoy three 50-minute sessions where we’ll dig deep into your health history, daily rituals, chronobiology, movement, and stress. You and your health coach will work together in creating a customized plan on how to reach your health and wellness goals. All things in life affect our health, and we realize these conversations can be challenging. That’s why we made sure to create a safe space, so you can feel comfortable and open to sharing everything.
In these twelve 50-minute sessions we’ll do a deep dive into your health history, daily rituals, chronobiology, movement, stress levels, personal human design and ayurvedic dosha, career, relationships, and supplement use. Our team of certified health coaches will help you identify your main health concerns, then design a personalized health assessment & maintenance plan. After the six sessions are complete, we’ll give you a long-term plan for continued guidance.
